We hang Christmas lights; you sell holiday magic in August. 904 Holiday Lights is Jacksonville's fastest-growing holiday-lighting company, and we're building this year's door team.
The pay
- Commission-only, uncapped. The harder you knock, the higher you climb. Reps who make our cut earn roughly $5,000–$15,000+ per month during the selling season.
- Solid reps put up ~$27,000 for the season, and our top reps clear $35,000+ once milestone bonuses, points, and quick-start cash are counted. The #1 earner takes a season-end grand prize on top of all of it.
- You keep 15–24% of every job you sell (about $300–$480 on an average sale), and the rate climbs the more you close. It never drops back down.
- Commission-only, uncapped. Earnings vary by individual effort, hours worked, and results, and are not guaranteed. Figures reflect our commission structure and the production we expect from reps who meet our performance standards.
The schedule
- Doors go live Monday, Aug 17. New cohorts start every two weeks through September.
- Prime knocking is afternoons and evenings (4–9pm), so your mornings stay yours.
- Most reps knock their last doors mid-November. Season ends, income doesn't. Convert to our install crew through January, or lock your spot for next summer.
Where this goes
- Top performers can earn a promotion to sales team lead as early as October, with a leadership override paid on your whole pod's sales.
- Clear path up: rep → team lead → inside-sales consultant → account executive. Advancement is based on your sales and quality numbers, not on tenure.

- No sales experience required. We train you in days and drill you daily. Coachability beats polish.
